My name is Iain Hamilton and I am a shepherds crook and walking stick maker in the UK. I handcraft all my floral shepherds crooks, horn handled walking sticks and wading staffs. All my walking sticks and shepherds crooks are made from renewable resources such as hazel, ash, chestnut and walnut, with blackthorn being the most popular.

I was brought up on the Isle of Arran where I developed a love for the countryside. As a keen hill walker and salmon fisherman, I began making wading staffs and shepherds crooks as a hobby. When friends suggested the walking sticks were of such high quality I should sell them, I agreed and started Scottish Stick Craft.

As a shepherds crook maker and walking stick maker, I fit brass engravings such as clan badges, initials or any design of your choosing. You could also have a brass or sterling silver collar. Walking stick handles are made from buffalo horn or antlers for horn walking sticks.
